1. People need to know in which model they model which Elements. Model split is not standardized by IFC, therefore the party doing something needs to either standardized or have data wrangling capabilities).
2. Which IfcEntity and the geometric level of detail is not standardized in the schema. It's use case dependent and needs to be defined.
3. Many attribute values are nig standardized and need to be defined.
